At the bottom of the JR Toys website, you will find the customerservice@jrtoycompany.ca email address.
Please send us an email and include your order number in the subject line, stating - Wrong Item Received - Order #######. Please include a photo of the item that you received by mistake.
Once we receive your email with a photo to confirm that you received the wrong product, we will proceed by creating a new order for the product that you ordered. We will then send you a prepaid return label to print off and affix to the box to complete a return of the incorrect product.
