Damaged and Lost Items
All shipping damage must be reported within 14 days of original shipping date.
To Start a Lost/Damaged Item Claim:
Email customerservice@jrtoycompany.ca and include the following:
- Order Number
- Name of product that arrived damaged
- Tracking number on the damaged product
- Picture of all damage
At the bottom of the JR Toys website, you will find the customerservice@jrtoycompany.ca email address.


Please send us an email and include your order number in the subject line, stating - Shipment Damaged - Order #######.

Please be sure to include a photo of the damaged item, and include a written description of how the package was received.
Once we receive your email with photos, we will submit a shipping damage claim with the courier, and create a new order to replace the item that you received with shipping damages. The shipping company will then contact you to claim the damaged item.
