At the bottom of the JR Toys website, you will find the customerservice@jrtoycompany.ca email address. Please send us an email and include your order number in the subject line, stating - Order Not Received - Order #######. If you have the tracking number associated with the shipment of your order, please be sure to include this in your email.
Once we have received your email, we will verify where the order is and contact you with any relevant information regarding the shipment of your order.
If we determine that the order was “Lost In Transit”, we will file a shipping claim with the courier and create a new order to ensure that you receive the item that you ordered, as soon as possible.
