At the bottom of the JR Toys website, you will find the returns@jrtoycompany.ca email address.
Please send us an email and include your order number in the subject line, stating - Warehouse Return Request - Order #######.
Please be sure to include the reason for your return and written confirmation of the condition of the product/item to be returned.
Once we receive your email with written confirmation of the condition of the item, we will proceed by sending you return instructions to deliver the product back to our warehouse location.
Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed back to your account, once the item has been received back in our warehouse.
