At the bottom of the JR Toys website, you will find the returns@jrtoycompany.ca email address.
Please send us an email and include your order number in the subject line, stating - Return Request - Order #######. Please be sure to include the reason for your return, a written description of the condition of the product and a photo showing the opened packaging.
Once we receive this email from you, and we have confirmed that the item can be returned under our re-boxing policy, we will proceed by sending you an email with a return label to print off and affix to the box. You will then simply drop off the package at the courier and await your refund.
Please Note: There will be a standard $8.00 return shipping fee and a 15% re-boxing fee deducted from your refund amount. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed back to your account, once the item has been received back in our warehouse.
